Daily Routine to Look Beautiful and Healthy


Looking beautiful and an attractive personality is every dream in this world. But the question arises how to look beautiful and maintain health while having such busy schedules? This might seem difficult to maintain overall health, but this is very much necessary to take care of every point that helps keeping feet for work. There must be exercise routine and good food habits in day routine. But Question arises, what schedule to follow. So Today I am including some major point that must follow to keep the body fit.
Balance Diet Tips:
1.     Take plenty of water at least 8-10 glass a day.
2.     Consume starchy food that will give energy to the body.
3.     Always eat less salt. Avoid spicy food.
4.     Eat less sugar and less saturated food.
5.     It is better option to eat fresh fruits rather than taking fruit juice. Fruit juice contains more saturated sugar rather than the fruits.
6.     Take at least 5 meals a day in small portion rather than two heavy meals during the day.
7.     Don’t consume too much soft drink.
Exercise Routine Tips:
1.     Take a regular exercise and this will keep your body organs functioning.
2.     Before starting exercise warm up your body.
3.     Never do over-exercise that may cause fatigue.
4.     If you are a normal weight person, them 30-35 minute exercise is enough for your body.
5.     Choose a calm place for exercise.
6.     Try to provide exercise to every portion of your body.
